Science History Institute

Enjoy some tasty science history as we explore the chemistry behind picnics! Learn about the artificial colors and flavors in Jell-O salad, see how baking powder changed cupcakes forever, and marvel at how science keeps our food fresh with Saran Wrap and Tupperware. Try a scavenger hunt, see rare treasures from our special collections, do a craft, and walk away with a treat!
