
Isabela Moro Luna
Isabela Moro Luna is an environmental studies student from Mexico City studying at Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo, California. Passionate about photography, documentary filmmaking, and environmental justice, her thesis explores geostorytelling and community-driven ecological restoration, emphasizing participatory ecological restoration in rural communities of southern Mexico. As a GIS Research Intern at the Laguna Ocean Foundation, she contributes to the development of Laguna Beach’s first resource management plan, utilizing spatial analysis to support sustainable coastal conservation.
