Lawrence Principe

Lawrence M. Principe is Drew Professor of the Humanities in the Department of the History of Science and Technology and the Department of Chemistry at Johns Hopkins University. He was the 2001–2002 Othmer Fellow at the Science History Institute’s Beckman Center where he researched “Alchemical Interpretations of the Works in the Fisher and Eddleman Collections at the Institute.” He is also the 2016 winner of the Franklin-Lavoisier Prize.
