Join us in our museum EVERY SATURDAY for a family-friendly program that highlights the many strange and surprising stories from the history of science!
Our fun, interactive activities are designed for science lovers of all ages. Stop by our Object Explorer touch table to learn about the science behind everyday items like ice cube trays and LED light bulbs. Chat with our experienced Gallery Guides to find out more about the people responsible for the science embedded in our daily lives.
In May, we will be venturing into the world of botany! Join us at 11:30am for a drop-in “highlights” tour on the topic of Forensics, including how to detect some sinister plant-based poisons. At 2pm, we will also be having a drop-in Women in Chemistry tour.
Stories of Science takes place weekly on Saturdays. Admission is free and reservations are not required.
